10 Creative ways to Finally Master Consistent Content Creation

it’s time to work smarter, not harder.

One thing I’m helping my members within the membership this year is consistency. One of the biggest struggles for so many including myself. Picture this, one minute you are planning, batching, creating, and scheduling and then one thing leads to another and you wind up falling off. Then your social media presence has dimmed. You are afraid to just come back on the internet and post. So you decide to procrastinate and work behind the scenes on your business.

But then you get an ounce of inspiration and then the cycle reverts all over again.

Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt like this. I know I have maybe once or a thousand times!

Let’s ditch the cycle this year and make creating content easier, faster, and funner! I have 10 ways to master a consistent marketing strategy for your small business. Let’s get into it!

1.Create from your buyers point of view

This is when knowing your audience comes into play. Having that 1-3 buy personas for your customers allows you to create content that they need and want at each level of there business. What do they need as a beginner, intermediate, or seasoned business owner.

How to do this:

  • Ask yourself “What content will get them to point A to B?” or take a poll on your instagram, create a survey in google form, or email them to reply back.

  • List out 10-20 ideas or as many as you can come up with. Don’t think, just write!

  • Then keep it on hand for the day that you will plan out your week or month.

2. Save testimonials, Frequently ask questions, polls for future posts

Keeping consumer-generated content on hand is one of the easiest things to create content regularly. It shows that people are actually buying your products, accepting your services, or joining your membership.

How to do this:

  • Screenshot nice replies

  • Get testimonials from your clients in the form of video or written.

  • Ask questions and answer them in the form of graphics or videos.

  • Create polls that you can screenshot and dive more into in a post

3. Showcase your customers, clients, members

Consumer-generated content made simple!

How to do this

  • Show before and afters, transformations, inspiration text messages all from your buyers.

  • These can be in screenshots or made into a graphic.

4. Have a social media takeover

How about get other experts to share their knowledge instead of coming up with new ideas. Make sure you find experts that will help your audience out.

How to do this:

  • Go live with them and ask questions. Keep those questions as templates for future use.

  • Ask their advice and make it a graphic.

  • Let them go on your IG stories and share about something that will help your audience get one step closer to the next level in there business.

5. Create regular series

Creating series for each day of the week or specific days of the week help make coming up with that content a lot easier. You can redo, reuse, repurpose these series each month.

How to do this:

Here’s some examples but you can come up with your own too.

  • Motivational Monday- Give out some inspiration

  • Tip Tuesday- Share your knowledge

  • Wednesday work with me- Share behind the scenes of you working on something

  • Thursday throwback- Share your why, personal stories, transformations, lesson learned

  • Friday funday- Get jiggy with it by doing a fun reel that your audience would enjoy, share funny story, get personal with your audience and do a mini day in your life.

6. Repurpose content

Amplify your content by spreading it around to other platforms in different ways. Don’t just create an amazing piece of long form content and let it go live for one day and that’s it. Redo, reuse, and repurpose it everywhere.

How to do this:

  • Use your blog post in social media by taking snippets and creating separate posts

  • Create a video with your blog post

  • Create reels from your videos

  • Create stories from that!

The possibilities are literally endless. Check out my post How to repurpose content.

7. Batch Content

The bread and butter of content creation. Create days where you will do specific things. For instance on Mondays I write. I write blog posts, emails, write scripts, templates,  and write captions if I haven't had the chance to get them done during the weekend. The more you do it, the easier and faster it gets.

How to do this:

  • Write down all of the tasks that you have to do for the specific thing.

  • Then try keeping a log of how long it takes for you to do each task.

This will help you better manage your time. Help you realize you aren’t superwoman and you can’t do it all in one hour. So, stop beating yourself up!

8. Save half the time with stock photos and videos

When it comes to creating the content cut that time in half by not having to set up your equipment, take photos, edit, take videos edit, blablabla! Instead find resources that are already made and created for you in mind. Look She Bold Stock gives you permission to work smarter not harder!

10. Use a Content Planner

Planning ahead can take the procrastination out of inconsistency. Having your own content planner that allows you to sit down 1 or 2 times a month to plan out your next month will be your bread and butter once you get use to it. Doing this allows you to be more strategic in your posting. You will no longer just be pulling things out of your head and throwing it around hoping it sticks.

How to do this:

  •  Have a planner that allows you to look at your previous month and see what you could do better on, what worked, and what didn’t. You can keep things or you can throw those that didn’t stick in the trashcan or at least look to see why it didn’t stick.

  • Look at the month overview and see what you are launching, any long form content coming out, what events are coming up, and any fun holidays you want to participate in. Fill in those first and then move on to things you’d like to post like fun reels, inspiring stories, client showcases and testimonials.

This can be done quickly and simply inside of She Bold Stock’s Content Planner, an interactive planner that allows you to review and plan right inside the planner.

She Bold Stock Members get these a week before the new month arrives so we can go over our strategy for planning the month and being consistent even in the little things.
